These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LushDrive Oratory website, content, and coaching programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not infringe on others’ rights or violate laws.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the site or others’ experience.
- Do not share program materials publicly without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, trademarks, and branding are owned by LushDrive Oratory or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non‑transferable license to use program materials for your personal professional development.
5. Fees & Payments
Prices are listed in USD. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable once a program begins. We may change prices prospectively by updating the catalog.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule 1:1 sessions. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. Cohorts and workshops follow the schedule communicated at enrollment.
7. Disclaimers
We provide coaching and educational services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, funding, or media coverage. Your results depend on individual effort and context.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LushDrive Oratory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LushDrive Oratory operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
